Kenmare Restaurants – Restaurants in Kenmare
Kenmare restaurants – it has to be No. 35!
Our award-winning restaurant in Kenmare showcases the very best produce from our location in the South West of Ireland. Our ever-changing menus boast a wide selection of freshly prepared seasonal, local, organic, and wild food. This is at the heart of the approach to cooking at No 35 and, as you would expect, virtually all of our supplies have been locally sourced by proprietor Dermot Brennan and his team of chefs.
It's our greatest delight to share our passion for food integrity and the consumption of local, seasonal produce with thousands of people every year. No 35 on Main Street Kenmare showcases the very best the South West has to offer.
With its local limestone clad stone exterior, our award-winning restaurant celebrates our ethos about seasonal, local produce. We are ideally situated between the famous Ring of Kerry, Ring of Beara, and Killarney National Park. The weekly market, still held in the Square each Wednesday, boasts a wide range of fantastic produce from Kenmare, the Beara Peninsula, the Ring of Kerry, and beyond.
Head chef Joe Ryan and the kitchen team at No 35 have been recognised for their commitment to responsible sourcing. Joe sticks closely to the No 35 ethos of creating amazing food using only the best seasonal produce from local suppliers. What we do here ties in with what we do at Gradies Farm, just one mile up the road from No 35 Kenmare.
We breed our own Pedigree Rare Breed Saddleback pigs and produce pedigree free range pork. Our pigs are reared naturally, without the use of antibiotics, hormones or growth promoters. With freedom to roam in the open air, our animals can obtain minerals from the soil ensuring the highest quality free range pork is produced.
We are Kerry's latest Bridgestone award winning restaurant.
